from 64 down to the championship game. a #6 seed vs. a #13 seed, never see that in the ncaa tourney final. i think that means the dropoff from 1-64 in the top golfers in the world is nowhere close to the dropoff of the 1-64 top college basketball teams. rabbi, im with you, give me the dog at +145. whats the lowest seed ever to win this golf tourney?

In 2002, Kevin Sutherland won as a 50-somethin seed. Steve Stricker won the prior year. He was a low seed also. This aint the NCAA tourney. That would like Winthrop followed by Fla A&M.
